When
Any time; custom tours can be arraigned for groups or individuals. You just need to call or email. Some inns have rooms available. Currently rooms have been reserved for North Country guests and have openings as follows:

Reservations
Pay the full amount by check as soon as possible to reserve your rooms, generally at least a month in advance.
The full amount will be refunded if you cancel at least two weeks prior to the trip date.
